Shipping Method

   1. Normal Shipping (7-10 workdays)
         1. For most countries, you cannot tack via internet with this method. But we will attach the advice of receipt to confirm send and receive our shipping.
         2. For some countries, such as USA, Canada, France or other countries which have tracking site (which support register parcel), you will can track while the package arrive to you country only
   2. Express Shipping (3-5 workdays)
      You can track from internet with the tracking site which appear on the shipping status detail (we do not suggest to use EMS with the restrict drug of your country).
   3. Express Shipping + Normal Shipping
      This method is suitable for some drug which you want to take rush and not rush in your order. We will ship 1st parcel with express shipping and the remain with normal shipping.


How long to wait for your package?

    * We take 0-3 workdays to provide and prepare depend on drug type. (Short for OTC. , long for controlled drug). We will try to take short time for all drug type.
    * We take 7-10 workdays for normal shipping, 3-5 workdays for express shipping.
    * For the custom reviewing. Most of each country, they take 3-5 workdays to reviewing but some country may take less or more workdays for do that. (Canada is take long time, for our experiences, we found 8-10 workdays to review)

When we do re-shipping?

    * If you do not receive any pacel after 28 days. Please tell us and we will re-ship.
